Janis Joplin, artiste américaine, jouait un mélange de rock, folk et blues. Née en 1943, elle mourra 27 ans plus tard d’une overdose. Janis Joplin a fait parti du groupe Big Brother and the Hollding Company puis de Kozmic Blues Band, et enfin de Full Tilt Boogie Band.
